This beautiful kalivi (farmhouse) lies on a quiet road in the Pevkias area.
It was build with many natural materials like wood and stone by the best craftsmen on the island.
The land surrounding the kalivi is 8.392,93 m2 big. Around the kalivi several terraces were built to spend time outside and admire the view.
The house has two floors. The ground floor is 50m2 big and the floor above is 20m2.
Downstairs are the living room, the kitchen and the bathroom with wc.
A staircase leads to the first floor with the bedroom and a door leading to a small terrace. In front of the bedroom is a balcony.
The house is not connected to electricity but the electricity connection is just outside the kalivi on the road.
There is no mains water connection, the water for showering and toilet comes from a water reservoir.
The connection to the municipalities mains water connection is easy because it runs along the road behind the house.
