The cottage has its own private cemented road that leads up to the house, with plenty of parking space available at the top where the main entrance of the cottage is located.
The cottage consist of a ground floor and a partial lower floor. Located on the ground floor is the main entrance of the cottage that leads straight into the kitchen.The kitchen and living room are adjoined in an open space concept with a beautiful built in fire place situated in the living room. The roof of the kitchen and living room is built in the old traditional Skopelitian style, and is composed of beautifully crafted adjoining wooden beams. Continuing past the kitchen/living room, you come to a guest toilet with an ensuite storage room. A few steps up from there, you head towards a cozy main bedroom with an adjoining gallery space that offers a separate sleeping area. Walking past the main bedroom you come across a staircase that leads down a few steps to the lower part of the cottage. On the lower floor is a second bathroom and a small study area located next to each other.
Also located on the lower floor is a laundry room that can be accessed from outside.
the flat roof of the laundry room and the bathroom on the lower part of the cottage can be converted into an extra bedroom. Due to the size of the land an additional house or an addition to the existing house can be built.
