This classic old townhouse has been restored to its old glory, regardless of cost. The house is situated in a quiet part of the town, although it is accessible by a small car which can turn in the neighbouring church square.
The ground floor consists of a bedroom and an attached bathroom and it has its own entrance.
The other entrance leads to the ground- and the first floor. The first floor has a beautiful kitchen and dining area, and stairs to the top floor which is now the living room.
This room has a traditional wooden Skopelitian roof. French windows lead to the balcony from which there are wonderful views to the sea and across the town.
All the work has been carried out by local craftsmen and the restoration of the balcony, originally made more 50 years’ ago, was done by a student of the original maker.
Electricity, plumbing and a new roof were part of the restoration process. This is a a wonderful opportunity to acquire an original old house of Skopelos.
