Close to Skopelos town: very well kept house and guest house

This property is a gem. Everything is well kept and taken care of. The houses were build with a lot of thought about 10 years ago. The land is about 8000 m2 (part forest) and is off the old Stafilos road. Together the houses are 148m2. The main house has a large livingroom with open kitchen and fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom, all on one floor.

The guesthouse has a livingroom with kitchenette and fireplace and upstairs on the mezzanine floor is the sleeping area. Mains water and electricity are connected. Both houses have double glazing, and solar panels while the main house has full oil-fired central heating. A sisterne which can hold 20 000 litres of water is available and much storage space is also available.
