On the first floor there is a bedroom and a living area with a small kitchen attached. There is a new bathroom with a shower and some storage space. The 2nd floor used to be, part, roofterrace. Now the terrace is closed off and there is a fabulous room with a great view over the harbor. The house needs some work and could turn out a lovely holiday home. Parking nearby.
